Application cases of die-cutting products in 3C and communication products

In order to improve assembly efficiency and various performance requirements, die-cut products are widely used in 3C and communication products:

1.Double-sided tape is used instead of screws for the connection of two parts; 

2. Thermal adhesive is used to quickly dissipate heat to ensure normal working temperature of the product; 

3.The sound insulation foam is used in the equipment to minimize the noise generated by the equipment; 

4.Epoxy board is used to separate 2 metals to prevent short circuit; 

5.PTFE membrane replaces plastic parts for the isolation of pads and other metals.
